The Science Park of Moscow State University was based in 1992 by Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov and Risk Investment Company (RICO) with sponsorship of Russian Federation Ministry of Science and Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovation Enterprises. Business Incubator InCube is an open non-profit platform based in 2010 by the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. Its aim is to render assistance to young entrepreneurs and search for innovative ideas.

HSE Incubator

Business Incubator was founded in 2006 by students and professors of State University – Higher School of Economics (HSE) in Moscow, and has quickly become a catalyst for student entrepreneurial activities far beyond its HSE walls. The Incubator concurrently hosts up to six startup teams. The core goal of HSE Incubator is to popularize entrepreneurship among students, search for talented young entrepreneurs and “Next Big Thing” ideas.

BSUIR incubator of business projects took its start on the basis of Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. The area of interests is IT projects of Belarusian and Russian entrepreneurs. BSUIR incubator is assisted by the agency “ePRo”   which provides its expertise in promoting Russian and Belarusian startups.

The strategic goal of the Skolkovo Innovation Centre is to concentrate international intellectual capital, thereby stimulating the development of break-through projects and technologies. In the course of implementation of the project, companies that are engaged in innovative development are discovered. After a selection process, some of these become project participants of the centre. They are provided with all assistance necessary for development. The Skolkovo Foundation and its partners transform the infrastructure, resources and other possibilities of the centre, into effective services for companies that are project participants.


For each programme TexDrive will select 10 best projects, which will apart from financial investment get an opportunity to participate in an intensive programme of business acceleration including working with mentors.
